Keto-Friendly Chaffles

Have you discovered the chaffle? The chaffle has to be the most exciting thing since sliced bread! Literally, since it’s a bread substitute. LOL

I made these waffles one night with the basic recipe and a dash of cinnamon. I topped them with butter and Mrs. Butterworth’s sugar-free syrup. It really hit the spot.

I’ve also used a bit more savory chaffle for a sandwich bread, and even a base for my keto Eggs Benedict. I added a dash of garlic and onion powder and put a tiny bit of cheddar on the Dash griddle, then the egg and cheese mixture, then another tiny bit of cheddar. The added cheddar makes the chaffle crispier.
